Spread in an area of 25000 Sq. meters and with annual production capacity of 12000 MT, we provide custom structural steel fabrication by cutting, machining, assembling, welding, blasting and painting processes. We are able to perform virtually every required structural steel fabrication processes using high-definition CNC cutting and shearing equipments. The success of major structural steel construction is highly dependent upon successful welding techniques. For uniform high quality weld, the automatic welding uses a pre-programmed automatic welding machine, where the assembled parts are loaded onto the welding bench, switches on the welding machine until the weld has been completed. The finished work piece is then removed and the process is repeated as many times as necessary. We also have some of the best and most experienced certified welders in the business. Our state of the art welding techniques include Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW), Metal Inert Gas welding (MIG) and Submerged Arc Welding (SAW). Our history and experience in erection involves extensive and varied portfolio that comprises high rise buildings, shopping malls / retail centers, cinemas, stadiums, airports, aircraft hangars, long span roof structures, Oil & Gas pipe racks, multi level platforms, industrial, power and process plants as well as factories, warehouses and bridges. The erection of structural steelwork consists of assembly of steel components into a frame on site. This process involves lifting and placing components into position and connecting them together. We incorporate all our experience into the seamless management of our projects with precise control of the site, making safety and efficiency our priorities while meeting the project delivery in time. A proven track record with regards to safety, our highly experienced and qualified steel erection team evaluates location-specific hazards including risk assessments, review steel erection drawings in detail and determines procedures for erection and crane rigging. Our engineers along with the lifting supervisor pre-plans the critical / heavy lift operations and prepares project specific lifting plans from analyzing the load charts of crane, position / location of crane rigging and weight of members to be lifted. Our certified riggers are deployed for every lifts as necessary. Typical erection involves framing the I-Beam columns and the rafters. Once the structural framing is checked for alignment and tightening, the grits, purlins are installed. The roof and wall systems are installed after completion of framings. We install all types of roofing systems including but not limited to single skin, sandwich panels and standing seam roofing systems. The roof and wall sheets are finished with necessary flashings that allow your building to look finished and also help to keep the building free of leaks. All these are done under competent supervision and as per the client specifications and standards.
